By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service and conditions.

General Terms & Conditions

• For personal use only. Please e-mail me for commercial rates.
• I cannot draw R18, gore, mecha, & furry. Mild sexual themes are ok.
• Full upfront payment first before I work on your piece.
• Complex designs, props, & backgrounds are subject to additional fees.
• Commissions are not subject to deadlines unless discussed and agreed upon in advance. I will do my best to finish the art as soon as possible but it will depend on the queue, complexity of the request, and current workload.
• Please provide visual references and clear descriptions. Sketches will help a lot!
• I reserve the right to adjust rates in the future.

Payment

• Full upfront payment will be through Paypal (international) or ** GCash/GoTyme/Unionbank** (PH).
• No refunds will be sent after approved sketch stage.
• I may offer a full refund if I have not worked on your commission or if I am unable to finish the commission.

Process

• Fill out the commission form to reserve a slot.
• Once I've reviewed your commission request, I will send you an e-mail to confirm the details and pricing.
• An invoice will be sent and I will start working on your piece once payment is received.
• You can track the queue and progress via trello.
• There will be at least three updates: the sketch, the colors, and the final piece. Feel free to ask for updates anytime in between.
• Revisions during the sketch stage are free. Any further drastic changes afterwards which deviate from the original sketch will incur a fee.
• I will notify you if there are any further delays due to personal, work or health matters.
• Final piece(s) will be in png and jpg format with the artist's watermark and sent via google drive link.

Rights & Usage Policy

• The artist (ayinvui) retains all rights to the commissioned art. This may include, with the client's permission, to sell prints or for other commercial usage.
• The client is allowed to use the art for personal & non-profit use. This includes uploading it on their own platforms, creating personal prints, and use for gifts or charity.
• Please credit the artist & do not remove the watermark whenever used.
• DO NOT claim the artwork as your own. You are not allowed to profit or sell the artwork commissioned for personal use.
• Client is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
• Any fictional character depicted in the commissioned piece, whether fan art or original, belongs to their respective owners.
